We will despatch your order within 2 days absolute max, but usually less and often the same day. It there’s a problem, we will tell you.
We will answer your questions quickly by email, but phone us for an even quicker response. We don’t dodge our customers.
We will always check with you if we are not sure about your address or if we think you may have made multiple orders by mistake.
You probably don’t want anyone else knowing what you are buying. Quite right, they can jog on and mind their own business! So a few reassuring (we hope) words from us;
We send all products in a plain white padded envelope.
The only thing on it is your address on the postage label.
If you are overseas, we are obliged by law to disclose the contents. We list them as ‘toiletry product’ or similar. We also have to discreetly show a return address for airmail.
We will usually despatch your order within 1 working day, but not later than 2 working days from receipt to the address you give us for delivery. However, we reserve the right not to make deliveries outside the United Kingdom if our postal provider does not allow this. In this case, we will cancel your order and issue a refund in the manner mentioned above.
We despatch for delivery within 2 days latest (but usually same or next day) for UK delivery within 5 days and European delivery within 7 days. Customers often report getting their products well before this, but please allow for these times.
Upon receipt of your order you may be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as “UNCHECKED”. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
If the products we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 2 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 10 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem.

Your right of return and refund with Licx products
(This clause only applies if you are a consumer.)
We would be really sorry if you did, but you do have a legal right to cancel an order during the period set out below. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the order and receive a refund. (Advice about your legal right to cancel the contract is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.)
Your legal right to cancel an order starts from the date of the despatch confirmation. If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 7 (seven) working days in which you may cancel, starting from the day after the day you receive the products. Working days means that Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are not included in this period.
To cancel an order, please e-mail us at email@example.com OR please contact our customer services on +44 (0)20 8133 8833. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. Your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the e-mail. (If you call to notify us of your cancellation, then your cancellation is effective from the date you telephone us.)
You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products and any applicable delivery charges you paid for. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation.
We refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
If the products were delivered to you:
You must return the products to us as soon as reasonably practicable;
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us;
You have a legal obligation to keep the products in your possession and to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession;
You must not have opened or attempted to open the product(s) (and they must be in pristine and re-sellable condition.)
